Went down to reception and they brought up a small air cooler but it wasn't working either and the maintenance guy said he was going to tell his boss what was going on and would be back. 「Great airport stopover in San Jose, especially if you arrive late and have a longer drive ahead. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.」

「We arrived late and booked a stay to spend the night. Very close to the airport, Rooms were clean and the staff quickly accommodated an extra bed free of cost for our Party of 6, bathroom was clean but it does need some maintenance. Included breakfast was ok, I will not pay extra for that breakfast buffet. Our kids used the pool before checkout and it was really nice. Since we arrived late there was no food available or room service therefore we walked outside to a nearby Mcdonalds.」

「Water from tap in bathroom was not much more than a trickle, but the shower was ok. Just one overhead light in room so it was difficult to read in bed and the liggt switch was by the door so i had to get out if bed to switch it off」
