We were not told ahead of time before booking this trip that September is the only month that this property is allowed to do construction so the entire time we were on vacation we couldn’t sleep in, relax, or enjoy our time in the room or even by the pool because all you heard was construction. Tried reaching out to the owner, they finally got back to me and their only reply back was they could move me to another room but it didn’t matter because construction was going on all over the property so that did not solve anything. Ver disappointing considering how much we paid for our stay. Will be reaching out for further action.

I was blown away by how nice the finishes were, the bathroom upgrades, the giant balcony. 6 kods and there was plenty of room, 3 nathrooms, it was incredible. Pools were great, the staff was amazing. Best vacation ever, out of over 100.

This was an excellent place for anyone to stay especially families. The views were spectacular. Access to the beach was on the property and the deli and market were an unexpected surprise that offered another on property convenience (although the prices in the market were on the expensive side). It was minutes from Central Cabo, the Marina and other off property shopping. I’m planning to stay here every time I’m in Cabo.

Dishonest room description - not “oceanfront”

We booked a room at Villa La Estancia because it was described as “oceanfront”. While checking in, I ask reception to confirm that the room they are putting us in is oceanfront. They reply “No, it is oceanview.” I show reception my hotels.com reservation stating “oceanfront”. They say there is nothing they can do about it. I reach out to hotels.com support. They are able to get in touch with the hotel weeks later with the outcome being essentially “tough luck”. I responded back to hotels.com that I was seeking a reduction in nightly costs not a full refund and never heard back. So for this property, don’t believe “oceanfront”.
