The hotel is small but has everything you’d need. Room with view of ocean is set up in a way that we couldn’t really see the ocean, which was a bit disappointing. The room was clean.

Beware! Pls dont be fooled. I will never recommend this hotel, and for the rate they charged is ridiculous. I can go on and on. We arrived late and no parking available they only have parking spot! We walked almost a mile to find a spot and pay The towels we have 2 wash towel, and 1 size of a floor towel rag rough enough to exfoliate yourself! The room is a total disaster. The bed has sand, the pillow case wasnt changed from the previous customer That I can literally smell the head and cologne that i had to use extra shirt I brought to cover the pillow! Amenities? NONE. Zero. I have booked for 3 nights and decided to check out the next day. Its a total disaster! I hate putting out this kind of reviews. And the worst part? They wont give a refund! I just dont know how Expedia posted this as 9.2 out of 10 seriously??

Right on the beach and a block off Washington Street that offers many options for food and drink. Very close to Santa Monica and beautiful walks on the beach. Staff was very helpful and kind. We felt like it was a little gem.

The safebox was not working, and the staff member made no effort to fix it. There was hair on the bed sheets, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. In the photos on the rental website, it shows shelves to organize belongings, but there were none at the property. There was also nowhere to hang bath towels. Additionally, the bath towel provided was so small that it was not sufficient to dry off properly.

Location and staff are phenomenal. Myself and my friend are young female travelers and we felt safe here. The staff give great tips on the area and are happy to answer questions. Rooms are small and storage space in the bathroom is limited, but who comes to LA to sit around in the hotel? We enjoyed our time here.

The staff was friendly, the room could be better kept, as my sheets had stains on them, and the bathroom could use a remodel. The location is superb, and the views are amazing. I would say that it's worth it, but be prepared for some mess and a small bathroom.

Can’t beat the view or location! Nestled in the residential section of Venice Beach away from the craziness but close enough to walk down th beach to shops and restaurants! Super friendly staff and very accommodating. I was able to leave luggage after I checked out before I had to go to the airport. Rooms are very basic but if you’re looking for a place on the beach this is it!

The location of this property is perfect! Steps from the beach!! And because alcohol is not allowed on the beach, having a patio and a roof top deck, both with plenty of seating adds to the location. The room we stayed in was small but manageable for the two of us. The bathroom on the other had was VERY small......especially the shower......but functional for us. With all that said, given its location to everything Venice Beach has to offer, time in the room was limited. I would go back, my wife probably not.

Jamie and staff were amazing. From the time I arrived until I left had a great experiment. Everyone was nice and helpful. Super cute and clean room right on the beach. Tons of things to do and restaurants all within walking or biking distance. Quiet hotel overall. Will definitely stay again when I visit LA.
