Very rude staff, which acted as if it was an inconvenience to assist us with our most basic request. We were first given the wrong room then switched to a room where the air/heater did not work during 50 degree wheather. The tv was not working during our stay with the addition of the beds being really loud and terribly hard would not recommend this hotel.
