Was very upset that our room looked nothing like the pictures on the site there was long hair in the tub from previous guests no shampoo the carpet was filthy with some sort of rust stains!!! Loved the service and breakfast will never stay there again

The woman when I checked in was very hospitable however the rooms were not what the pictures showed. I paid over $750 for 2 rooms 2 nights and 1 room didn’t have a jetted tub. The one that did didn’t work until the next day when someone came to fix it. Also there was no cable tv in the same “suite” room, which never got fixed. The creamer in the room was so old it wouldn’t dissolve, and the air conditioner went off and on but was so loud it kept me up. So disappointing and I talk to the manager he said he would credit back my card but that it would go to Expedia???
The sheets had holes in them and there were no extra towels. The jacuzzi tub in the room was also a little broken. I would probably not go back to this Quality Inn. 😞

Expedia website, said pay later! When I booked room, I was charged. I tried to cancel room, hotel would not refund me! The room was not stocked with soap, toilet paper or towels! I tried to call for room service and phone line did not even work. I walked down to office, to tell them & they did not seem to care! I DO NOT RECOMEND!
Although the pictures when I booked the room had a jacuzzi tub in it, upon arrival I was informed it did not and the upgrade would be an additional $70. For a tub. The gentleman at check in was great. Professional, nice guy. The rooms cleanliness left some to be desired especially the bathroom and carpets need shampooing. Overpriced but overlooked. Upon checkout it was a different story. The host on duty was a rude prick which pushed it over the point of no return. I was on the fence until then but won’t be returning

Staff was better than average. Hotel room is definitely in need of remodeling. Be sure to cover your food, I couldn’t believe I actually saw a roach on the countertop! You get what you pay for, I suppose.
It was a so so experience with hair on the bed and dirty pillows behind the clean ones . Water also had a bad stinch to it but I was barely in the room so I dealt with it but overall it was not too pleasant unfortunately. If there is something you can do to accommodate this it will be greatly appreciated. However, I do believe you guys should get the water supply and or piping checked out. Could be a safety hazard if mold is in the line.

I’m sorry but this hotel was one of the worse places i’ve ever stayed at. It was dirty, my blankets and pillows had blood on them and they never brought me new ones. There were cockroaches, it was dirty, the chair that was in the room was broken. It was just bad.

It was the worse stay in our life, the bed was dirty, with hairs and stains everywhere and the sheets all rip, the bathroom was dirty with some blood drops, the towels really old and dirty, the curtains were rip and dirty, the only good was the breakfast, pretty decent and the front desk in the evening she was really nice and caring

Quiet, clean and comfortable king size bed with quality pillows. Soft towels and loved the size of mini fridge. Breakfast was awesome with plenty of gluten-free choices. Quick check and check out. Courteous reception personnel.

Theyre compter was down when i arrived. They assured me this often happens and would take 20 min max. . Even tho i showed them via y phone and thru app that i had confirmation of a reservation for a room. We didnt get checked in til after 1am. Me and my family slept in car til then. They didnt offer any kind of reimbursement. Anything . Lol talk about customer service. 😔
