I enjoyed using Nintendo Switch the food selection was nice in Santa Monica I enjoyed shopping near the beach the souvenirs and shirts were humorous !

Deadbolt locks just for show, smelled like cat urine all around the courtyard. Open access from sidewalk into courtyard. Did not feel safe at all.

Impeccable, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive well attired staff took great care of us during our entire stay. Would highly recommend this hotel based on the service and quality of the accommodations. Most comfortable room and the beds and all the bedding were the most comfortable I’ve experienced. Thanks to the best group of people I’ve ever met! Great time staying at the hotel only a block away from the best views and shopping and restaurants. Great not having to drive or find parking and a short walk to the pier. Love love love!!!

The property is currently under renovation but on a budget, doing only one room at a time. Very basic but dated - probably built in the 1930s - (no coffee service, no microwaves, no laundry. etc.). It has a very pleasant courtyard. The beds were comfortable, but had no headboards for late night reading. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The last resort

The tv didn’t work. The shower head didn’t work and sprayed water in all directions. There were only two outlets so it was hard to charge our devices. We had to unplug the heater to charge our phones. The room was tiny and very rundown with grimy curtains, and peeling paint. There were a few positive things. The office managers were friendly and helpful. The parking was free. The location was very convenient to the art fair at the Santa Monica airport. And the price was reasonable.

Well you’ll never be lonely with the cockroaches to keep you company. Don’t mind the blood on the bed sheets or curtains, they are just decoration. The spooge on the pillows and drapes are exquisite

The conditions here are terrible and uninhabitable. No running water, toilet didn’t work, bedsheets were filthy and stained, and curtains had mold. Unbelievably disgusting.
