It is easily accessible to High ways but quiet and safe neighborhood. The hotel is clean. The staff are nice.

I was a little disappointment in this property. My bathtub faucet leaked and apparently had been leaking for some time as the tub was discolred where the leak was. Also the ceiling was water stained. Otherwise it was a no frills room. The area was ok a few chain restaurants nearby but nothing great.

Female staff was rude, no customer service skills at all, she first told me I didn't have a reservation. then she gives me the name of someone else's reservation, a hippa violation, my reservation was found by me giving a confirmation number, which was a first for me, she never spoke about parking, breakfast or anything the hotel had to offer, she must have personal issues because I came in a good mood. She needs training.

The walls are so thin you can hear everything. Will never stay here again. Do yourself a favor and stay at Hampton or Doubletree down the street.

The location of the property was very convenient. It was in a good, safe, and pretty area. The mountains are very close! The price was good. They accept pets, and the room had a fridge and microwave. There is a restaurant that is open for breakfast and dinner. I was very pleased with the hotel.

A few times there was no staff at the front desk, but this was just for a little bit of time....eventually they came out. A white van was parked in a handicap space with no handicap plackard or license plate.

I don't know if it was just my bad luck, but: 1. upon checking in, I wasn't able to make the heating work. Thankfully, a maintenance guy came and showed me that the AC unit could be controlled ONLY from the thermostat. I appreciated the help, but this could have been explained with a little note in the room, as is customary. 2. The first day water was cut from 12pm to 5pm. To their credit, they restored service earlier, at 3, But it would have been nice to know beforehand - I had to cancel my work out for obvious reasons. 3. The first night I had noisy ladies in the neighboring room. I called the desk and they were very receptive to my complaint. But somehow at 3:30am (!!) a terrifying alarm woke me up, which stopped 30 seconds later. Next morning, when I approached the desk, they explained that "something" triggered it, and apologized for it. But that night I was left in total ignorance of what was going on, and my sleep most definitely ruined. 4. Not all machines at the gym work. But most of them do. 5. The fourth day a contingent of 40 Spanish teenagers arrived. They were reasonably well behaved, but the small cafeteria was in NO WAY ready for that number of people, and as a result many items in the PAID breakfast selection were missing. / In sum, maybe I was rather unlucky. At the interpersonal level, the staff was very attentive. But I suspect that the administration could be more proactive about certain situations. Open to try again, with caution.

Once a month I stay at this hotel , and I always confirm my room the day before, and they are always always nice , this time I called , Holly answered the phone absolutely Rude , her voice she want argue with me , when I asked her my husband and I staying, she was keep arguing with me !!!

Excellent front desk staff. The complementary bag of water ("Welcome Gift") was an EXCELLENT touch when we arrived. Nice. It was the BEST hotel we've stayed in during our driving trip across America. I wish we could have stayed there longer.
