Room was cool, the front desk guy was horrible. When I checked in my card did not work, it was locked for some reason and the chip was covered. Called my service they fixed the problem. The front desk guy a asian older gentleman refused to retry my card. I then called Expedia told them what was going on and they called him and made him do it. My card then worked, had to get let in the room because key card was not working rt and the door was a little jammed. Asked the same front desk guy for help. He helped me but was extremely rude. I felt like he was racist, cought him starring at me a few times when I was walking around the hotel like he thought I was trying to rob the place. I was just going to me car! I will never come back to this place again in my life because of his horrible service. As a black man he made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
