設施老舊、吵雜，服務熱忱足夠但卻依然無法解決問題的服務人員！真實噩夢一場
服務人員客氣，但是房間排水不良的瑕疵仍是束手無策，使得我承受了完全不能沖馬桶及舒服的洗澡一晚，令人十分難受。老舊的設施使得住宿也十分不舒適，超大聲的冰箱壓縮機馬達及溫度控制差勁的冷氣機，更令我堅決下一次絕對不會再光顧的決心！

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry about your inconvenience as a result of the broken restroom. Our engineering team does perform regular preventive maintenance checks on all guestrooms and I’m sorry that this was missed during your stay. None the less, I feel that a working restroom is a basic hotel service which our guests should certainly be able to take for granted. Had it been convenient and available we would have transferred you to another room. We regret if this incident may have marred what would have otherwise been an enjoyable visit to West Covina.

很推薦喜歡安靜的旅客...
因為沒有附冰箱(需要於訂房時特別告知需要冰箱就會附.) 好處是晚上睡覺也不會有冰箱壓縮機運轉的聲音, 非常安靜可以得到充份的睡眠, 早餐有提供多種優格及新鮮水果(草莓/5月), 及數種茶類及咖啡, 值得推薦的好飯店.

First, the elevator did not work and the staff insisted that i was not pushing the button hard enough. After convincing the staff to try for themselves. They suggested we carry our luggage up 5 floors while they investigate the inoperative elevator.

Property was clean throughout and the front desk staff were helpful. Our bathroom had no fan ventilation, so we had to use our luggage to prop the door open after showering. This was a small price to pay for the comfortable beds and hot breakfast. It was also extremely quiet considering the property is next to the freeway. Would stay here again.

Good, well run hotel with pretty good rooms, a nice little pool, reasonable breakfast. Only issue was that one of the two elevators was broken and the other was intermittently out.

When we checked in the desk person was at lunch and we had to wait. Breakfast items were always needing refilled. Garbage was not emptied so we had to leave our garbage on the table. We had to go to the store to buy our own breakfast foods. We asked for additional towels sent to our room and they did not come. I had to go down and get them and the desk person was not doing anything. This was the worst Marriot property I have ever stayed at. Very disappointed.

I highly recommend Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Los Angeles West Covina. The location is very manageable by me and my family. Friendly staff, no need to pay parking and they even have breakfast snacks.
