「ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED! Took videos and pictures. Got this hotel for the hot tub and EWYUCKKK ! Completely dirty ! then the shower in the bathroom was also nasty not clean same for tables . Black residue was everywhere . We ended up going to a store to buy cleaning supplies. 」

「Very clean room. Remote barely worked on tv. But so in all. Good nights rest. Ac was the best! Blew Ice cubes!!!」

「When we arrived they could not find my reservation. We asked for non-smoking room, the room smelled like smoke. The floor was sticky. The toilet was wobbly. We had to walk all the way around the main building just to get ice. (Said that the back entrance was out of order.) No one came to change the trash the whole time we were there.」

「There was arguing, dogs barking and other loud noises. Housekeeping act like they didn’t understand what not responding to their knock meant. I don’t understand why when a property is not sold out, why they put the few people they do have in such close proximity to each other. I want REST/SLEEP, NOT TO HEAR OTHERS or be bothered with housekeeping. IF NEED something I know how to ask, otherwise I JUST WANT REST/SLEEP because THAT’S WHAT I PAID FOR, NOT EVERYTHING ELSE. And I have that problem...
