This place is cheap, close to the airport, close to Simmons Arena, and there's a Waffle House literally right across the parking lot. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly.

The Woman at the check in was wonderful and helpful, the room was very rundown entrance door would barely close and lock bed was clean and comfortable bathroom was filthy mold in tub bathroom door was broken in several places, once the party of hispanic men started in the parking lot in front of my room, I felt unsafe and checked out to go elsewhere. my total stay was less than 5 hours. with no refund.

The bed was comfortable but thats it.

The property is being remodeled But the rooms were in terrible shape and there was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom with an open hole in the ceiling. The tile was cracking to the point to where when you walk across it it would move and potentially cut somebody's foot. There's no ice machine.The bed was comfortable and there was no bed bugs that I could find.

This location is abhorrent. Every room smells like smoke, we had burn marks on our blankets, there are stray cats and trash everywhere. It's a horrible place.

If you have reasonable expectations this property will at least meet them. The beds were decent, and honestly the pillows were pretty good, water pressure was also good. The highlight of the stay was the woman who checked me in I don't recall her name but she was the one working the desk at around 9pm on 2-6, an absolute gem and very pleasant to chat with. Now for the not so good, every outlet in my room was to loose to hold anything secure, the floor could have used a decent vacuuming, and the room didn't have any towels or spare toiletries. Also the door was questionably secure.

The hotel room wasn’t that bad and the staff was friendly. However, I was bit by bugs overnight and I had a terrible reaction. I’m not sure if there are bed bugs, or there was a spider in the room but I have really bad bite marks that are still here a week later. The toilet didn’t flush either. I would stay here again for a layover due to the price and convenience, but the hotel was not that great

Creepy.....that is all. We wanted somewhere close by the airport to stay for an early morning departure. The other hotels were sold out. We decided to stay because it was getting late. The front desk gal was very sweet and accommodating, so that is the one positive. The bed was comfortable, and sheets were clean so we endured the stay. The bathroom sink appeared to be fairly new, however the shower had black in the grout. it was very old and disgusting. The mini fridge needed to be replaced in a bad way. it was white with stains all over it. The parking lot adjoins a 24-hour Dennys. Between Denny's and the hotel, there were young kids asking for money and going through the dumpster there. I was worried my car would get broken into. I did not feel safe and would not stay here ever again.

The place seemed clean enough. A couple bugs, but nothing seriously problematic. I did notice a smell when I first came in, but didn't notice it later on. On the last day the room above had water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. Wasn't a big deal. Whoever had the room above probably let the sink, etc overflow. All but one of the staff were very helpful and professional. The location was fine though the only place nearby was a Waffle House. The surroundings were a bit run down, but I had no problems with anyone breaking into the car or damage, etc. I stayed for about 7 days and had no serious concerns. It was fair for the price and I'd stay again. Some older reviews were more critical, but it is obvious that whoever is now running the place is turning it around.
