"Beautiful property. Overall the staff was amazing accommodating. Our only disappointment was the staff at Shep’s. Bartenders were excellent, but wait staff was rude or completely ignores us on nearly every interaction for food."

Staff actually blew me away the level of hospitality on display more than once. The surrounding grounds are breathtaking. Exceptional real estate sandwiched between two very vibrant well kept public areas and across the road from a bustling plaza with everything you could need as far as food and entertainment. Centrally located to mountain and city activities.10s across the board for me. "

"If people who stayed at these locations were more respectful and not so dirty themselves, these places would be much nicer. Because this family works really hard and is improving things, only to have visitors come and break them or make messes outside. My room was fine and clean, and the staff were wonderful when I needed things."

"This is a good family hotel option for visiting Estes Park. It’s in a good location, close to downtown but not in downtown. Easy to access the road to RMNP. Near lots of good food. I was able to run to and around Lake Estes easily (5 miles). The hotel itself has been renovated and updated since I first stayed there as a child! The pool and game rooms were big hits with my three children. The room itself was fine. I am shocked that they only have one elevator in the building but somehow that works. I like the added touch of giving us a s’mores kit upon arrival. Will for sure stay here again. "
