「It’s a bit shame that we checked in at 5:30 pm and the covers are on the floor. Luckily we didn't check in late otherwise it might take longer time to do the beds. Hope it won’t be happened to next booking stays for the rest of people.」

There was a mistake on Expedia’s end that resulted in declining one of my 2 rooms but she helped me gracefully in trying to figure it out with Expedia. The rooms were clean and well stocked and organized. 」
