「Very clean. Everything as expected.」

「Great boutique hotel. Has everything you need to have a peaceful vacation. The pool was pretty and the hotel was quiet. The beach area was calm and not overcrowded! There are good restaurants close by or you can eat at Zota. Vanessa and Johanna were great at servicing the bar/lunch area and for breakfast. 」

「Very well run hotel -- but I fell the marketing is a bit bait and switch. I was surprised to see that my room overlooked a parking lot with a pool in it. What happened to the affinity pool and pickleball courts? You actually have to walk across a 4 lane (not too busy) street to get their. Most people take a golf cart - but I didn't have time. Hate this kind of marketing.」

「We had a 1 bdrm efficiency for 3 people. Sofa bed and room bed were very comfortable. It had very modern decor. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. We were within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, as well as a short walk to the beach. Beach chairs, towels and a mini cooler were provided too! We will be back.」

「Hotel was great - location, amenities, service and cleanliness. Can’t wait to go back. The Rent A Car company -Priceless- was a disaster and ripoff. Located off-airport in a seedy area. Still waiting for reimbursement of $350 extra insurance they required. I’ve never had to provide a copy of the insurance before. Also lied about the need for an Ez pass @ $10.99/ day. Claimed we couldn’t pay at the toll booth. Not true. Took photos to prove. They are not returning my calls. Several travelers...

「We had a wonderful two-night stay. I could not have asked for more. I only wish I could’ve stayed another night, but I had to get back home. Fantastic option if you’re looking for a getaway that has everything you need. Kayaking and paddleboarding are included with the reservation, which was pretty cool. The location is convenient. 15 minutes from the Saint Pete Beach area and 20 minutes from downtown.」
