"Perfect place to stay for short or long trips. An hour from Zion and Bryce National Parks, but a beautiful drive along the way; don't notice the time. Room was cozy with mini fridge. plates, and cups. Fully stocked kitchen in common area for guests. BB had all basic essentials, plus some. Property is well kept and nice to just walk around. Hosts were super friendly and informative. Genuinely want you to have a great experience and see the best of things. Would def stay again."

"This was a total gem! We loved our stay and wish we could've stayed longer. We only spent one night here as we were on a longer road trip, but I really liked this place. We were welcomed as soon as we pulled up and were directed to our room. My son and I played basketball, threw the football around, and played foosball. In the evening, we saw some deer roaming around the property. Other people had a bonfire going on and it was just a super chill vibe all around. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Property owner was very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is much nicer than what it appears online. I expected much lower quality for the great price. I downgraded condition because there was a burned out light bulb but other than that it was great."

"Heidi was lovely. She even came to our room to show us how to use the tv/remote. My only critique would be that the stairs could use some reinforcement. Perhaps in the two months they are closed, they could build a new stronger staircase."

"Great place. Beds very comfortable. Clean, kitchen it contains all the necessary equipment and supplies for preparing and serving meals. Outdoor was great, bbq work great. Early check-in was definitely a plus."
