I had a great weekend getaway here for my birthday, during the off season. Lot's of great dining options and breathtaking views. For the price, breakfast should be included. The resort fee should be less during off season, as we cannot take advantage of pool or beach, so what are we paying for?

The hotel did not honor the reservation we made with EXPEDIA! I booked a deluxe king ocean front room and did not receive that room! I got a regular 2 double beds facing a parking lot. I was very dissatisfied!

Right next to the beach, quiet area in the off season. Probably lounder during the summer months. The downside was definitely the price gouging involved with this hotel. 50$ for valet parking to go 10 feet away to a dirt lot. 25$ a day to borrow a microwave that should be included at a "resort" . When we pulled out the sofa couch my son complained of sand eveywhere . Overall it is next to many shops (½ not open during winter/spring for more than a few hours during the day), clean, nice area to be in for a quick getaway.

Really nice check in with the gentleman on Friday night. We checked in after dinner around 9. Gave my 4yo daughter a few pages to color with stickers and crayons which she loved. Beds are comfy and we love the area.

Front desk staff was fantastic. Megan and Taylor were wonderful. The kids that worked in the coffee shop were also great major problem parking the hotel has a huge parking area right across the street except they charge $58 a day to park if you’re a guest I think that’s absolutely ridiculous especially if you’re a guest, there’s a parking garage on the other side of the street that charges $20 a day. I feel if you were a guest of a hotel the least they can do is allow you to park especially when the parking area is absolutely huge very disappointed in the parking situation .

THE PROPERTY IS GORGEOUS. I GET THERE AND THEY GAVE US THE 2ND FLOOR WHERE THERE WAS SO MUCH NOISE THAT WE SPENT THE WHOLE EVENING WIDE AWAKE BECAUSE WE COULD NOT FALL ASLEEP. THEY ALSO GAVE US A SMALL CORNER ROOM AND WHEN I ASKED TO PAY TO UPGRADE THEY SAID THEY HAD NOTHING AVAILABLE. THEY SHOULD HAVE OFFERED US A DIFFERENT NITE TO COME BACK INSTEAD THEY WAIVED OUR PARKING FEE. R U KIDDING!!! NEVER AGAIN. SPENT $300 FOR WHAT???

My recent stay at the Wave Hotel was a pure delight. The staff was welcoming, the room was comfortable with a stunning view, and the hotel's amenities were impeccable. The on-site restaurant was outstanding, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The exceptional service from the staff truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend the Wave Hotel for a luxurious and enjoyable getaway.
