「The room and facility was great. Our bathroom was huge for the area. Location was excellent, right in the centre of Old Quarter but not on the main busy street. One minor consideration, the bar on the adjacent street is loud until midnight. The breakfast was OK, good selection of Vietnamese and western food. 「We had an excellent stay at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. They handled every situation efficiently, especially when they had to adapt to our flight cancellation. Even though we were outside the refund period, they did everything they could to assist us.
Additionally, after a restaurant mistakenly charged us twice, the hotel took care of the issue, recovered the money, and refunded us.
