"If you're planning on taking public transportation from the airport or around town - this location could not be better. Being connected to GCS made getting around so easy! The hotel itself is fine. They let us check into our room at 9:30am without any issue. The bathroom had a mildew-y smell and the hot water wasw luke at best, but overall ok. The beds were comfortable. And the hotel was pretty quiet. I would stay here again."

"The room booked - a superior room - was not at all like the photos on hotels.com, and I was forced to pay an additional fee to receive a room like the images. The superior room was tiny, the bed was pushed up against the wall on one side, next to the radiator, and had no chair to sit at (although one wouldn't have fitted) and not enough space for two guests. The room is entirely mis-sold on this website. The executive room we were 'upgraded' to at an additional $35 per night plus taxes was the same as the images of the superior room, and a very decent size for two guests. Hotels.com refuses to acknowledge their mis-selling of the room, and refuses to reimburse me for the upgrade fee I was forced to pay."

"Great location if you want to be in the center of the city. Property felt new and clean, albeit not super spacious in terms of room sizes or lobby. I appreciated the staff's responsiveness and attitude. Check-in was quick and efficient, check out was not.. the elevator wasn't working, had to wait 15 minutes to get downstairs, Uber had to wait as well and I was already running late for our flight. Also, no one came to grab our luggage so we had to drag everything down ourselves. Rough ending to an otherwise decent stay. "

"The night we got there, we found lots of hair on the bed linen. It was late, the phone in the room wasn't working, and we didn't go down to complain; we were exhausted and just went to sleep. Overall, the hotel is average.Staff is very helpful and nice."
