"The moment I walked in staff informed me that they never offered valet services, and two minutes later a valet showed up. Our room smelled like mold and the bathroom had a strong urine odor. Ohhh not to mention the clogged tub! We had a terrible experience at the Hyatt Hotel."

"Good size room and clean. A/C worked wonderfully as did blackout curtains. Bed and pillows comfy. Was worried about outside noise due to Times Square location but it was a non issue. Bell hops were friendly and timely with bags. Some small negatives: bathroom frosted glass door shines bright light into room at night (if not staying alone) and no fan; pretty noisy from neighbors and doors slamming (glad I had ear plugs); was surprised at check-in they needed multiple ids and cc swiped twice. "

"My family and I, enjoyed staying at this hotel. Location is great! Walkable to many places for tourists. My only dislike was when we arrived during check-in. Our room was not ready and it took a long while to get. Hilton gave us vouchers for dinner, so they made it up well."

"Outstanding staff. Very polite and respectful. Our room was clean and quiet. No parking available by the hotel. But a parking garage was near by. It cost me quite a bit $35/a night. But the hotel stay was great. Clean, quiet, close to the train and the subway, near tons of restaurants and shops. Would stay there again."

"Room was small but fine. Elevators were extremely small and very noisy. It’s an old hotel, so it’s to be expected, but if you’re claustrophobic take the stairs."
