"Great location if you want to be in the center of the city. Property felt new and clean, albeit not super spacious in terms of room sizes or lobby. I appreciated the staff's responsiveness and attitude. Check-in was quick and efficient, check out was not.. the elevator wasn't working, had to wait 15 minutes to get downstairs, Uber had to wait as well and I was already running late for our flight. Also, no one came to grab our luggage so we had to drag everything down ourselves. Rough ending to an otherwise decent stay. "

"The night we got there, we found lots of hair on the bed linen. It was late, the phone in the room wasn't working, and we didn't go down to complain; we were exhausted and just went to sleep. Overall, the hotel is average.Staff is very helpful and nice."

"Not quite as pictured. Good location and easy to check in / out. Okay for the price but wouldn't book again. The TV in my room was broken and the room seemed extremely worn (lots of scuff marks on the walls). Didn't feel like the cleanest room - noticed a stain on one of the towels in the bathroom."

"This is a POD hotel so don't expect a lot of amenities. The rooms are small, but clean and quiet. The hotel is in a great neighborhood away from the crowds in midtown. Several nice restaurants in the area. The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful."
