Hotel was fine but I will never use Hotels.com ever again as they messed up my booking completely costing me £1600 !!! I called them 3 times and sent 5-6 emails to which each time they apologised and said they would correct it, but never did anything !!!

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
Rooms were a bit dated, and room service menu was quite sparse. All in all a great location and excellent service.

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
Staff was helpful, attentive, and kind. We greatly appreciated our anniversary gift and permitting us to check in early since we had kids and a lot of luggage. Overall, the room was great. The view is subjective but I appreciated it all the same.

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
No signal so you cant get wifi, basic room but super clean, but it would be good to have a shower matt/towel. Dont leave anything in the room as we left a top in there and nobody gets back to you or helps when you call or email
