The rooms and building are nice and clean Staff was wonderful at times, but very brusk at others. We were very disappointed to have a very simple breakfast buffet as opposed to the made to order breakfast stated in our reservation.

They had lots of great activities for the kids and the staff were great. We unfortunately, had a room in a stairwell and this made sleeping next to impossible. Four Points by Sheraton London
Building is massive but once adjusted it was great. Amazing rooms, staff was amazing at front desk, only downside was that the pool was freezing.
