Ok but no outside space

Check in was fine, we recived an email the night before to tell us where to collect the keys. The apartment is fine for a base for one night if you are going out for the night. The Tv did not work and there was no access to the outside space as shown in the photos, so dont expect to spend much time in the apartment.

Need to fix the hot water

The apartment is listed as a 6 person sleeping ability but there are only 5 suitable places to sleep. A futon sofa which is much smaller than a full size bed is considered a bed for two. The hot water is not sufficient for even one shower. The water oscillates from hot to cold by the minute....very uncomfortable! and with 6 people showering, it was very unsuitable. Location was ok....be aware of your surrounding everywhere!

Wasnt told that keys to the apartment were only available down the street at a convenience store, called the number on expedia and spoke to some guy who said he would call me back but didnt, had to call again. Rooms were down in the basement, musty and cramped!

Terrace and apartment were really nice, however the communication was terrible. We didn’t get any information about the key before arrival. We called the company several times without any help. First of all they didn’t found our reservation. When finally they got it they said they would send an email with an access code, which they didn’t. We had to call different times explaining we didn’t received any email. They started to ignore us, not picking up the phone, putting us on hold and not coming back with an answer. Arrived in London, we called them again saying we couldn’t enter. After a lot of fuss and help from local people we managed to get the key.

Ingen opplysning om innsjekking via kiosk annet sted før kl.14:13 på ankomstdag (selv etter at vi opplyste på mail at vi ankom før kl.14:00). Kun varmtvann i dusj på et meget lite bad hvor vifte/ventilasjon var defekt i tillegg! Høy fuktighet i leiligheten!
