"The hotel and room were fabulous and the location was great. Food was good and the service in the restaurant was great. Unfortunately we had a lot of miscommunication with reception staff, we were put in a room that someone else's stuff in it, this was sorted but after several conversations.."

STG Hotel London Oxford Street
"Location was amazing. Short walk to leicester sq. Check in lobby is nice. Corriders were noy well maintained and carpet a little grimey. Bathroom was clean. The hotel said it had aircon but it was just a fan. My son has severe excema and didnt sleep much."
