Castles in London Borough of Ealing

"Do not book this hotel, it is closed for "emengency maintenance" but really has been close for over 3 weeks. Got there with all my luggage and the doors were locked and no staff and phone line already terminated. Likely a scam "

"The heat in the room was intolerable even with a fan that was given. The AC clearly was not functioning and the room was at 29 degrees! When the staff was asked about this the only response I had was that the system is in the winter setting so heat is generated. A bit disappointed considering we have stayed previously. Most likely will never rebook again and go for other alternatives where the staff are more helpful and where the AC actually works! "
