We throughly enjoyed our stay. Evidently the hotel is New New, everything is perfect. Even the carpets smelt New. The Royal Horseguards, London
One of the concierge staff, Chico, kindly gave us a personalized tour of the historic part of the hotel which was one of the highlights of our stay. He even offered to take photos of us which was above and beyond and incredibly kind. We were very happy with our stay!
