We apologize that the pet fee was unexpected. We charge the 75 pet fee because of our deep cleaning procedures that are required after any pet stays in any guest room. This is because we may have hypoallergenic guests that may check into the room in the future, and we also have to put the room out of order until it is deep cleaned. We apologize for the inconvenience you felt due to the parking, Daniel. We do allow all guests to park under the main canopy during check in to reduce the distance from the parking, and then we do try to let all of our guests know the best place to park so that it minimizes the distance you have to walk to your room.
