"Very historic old beautiful property. Staff was great and welcoming. Stayed in the tower rooms and they were big and spacious. Dog friendly and highly recommended the ghost tour at midnight! Our guide was super knowledgeable. Overall great experience."

"The property is maintained meticulously; the staff are generally friendly and highly professional (except the young man at registration, curly hair, glasses, he was not friendly at all.) The pool bar staff were the best, amazing customer service. The service at the Sports Bar was also A+, friendly waiters and waitresses, all around a great experience at the Sports Bar. If it wasn’t for the young man at registration, I’d give my overall stay a 10/10. Anyhow, I rate my stay a 9.5/10 Can’t wait to be back at Chumash Casino."

"Everything was fine but the room. The room was dirty. The bathroom toilet was clogged and the bathroom was dirty when we arrived. The shower was disgusting, clearly old, worn out and dirty. The tv was broken, the phone didn’t work and no screen on the window. Was the worst room anywhere that we have every been in."

"We weren’t able to try any amenities since we left really early in the morning for our one night stay but they had a ton of things! Pool, bar, hot tub, shuffleboard, 8 ball, breakfast lunch AND dinner at very extendable times and more! The staff was really helpful and took their time explaining the area to us when we first checked in. Check in went smooth, the rooms were clean, bed was comfy, bathroom is small but still great! Tons of parking as well; you can park in front of your room too! There’s also a lot of food around this area as well. Would definitely book again!"

"Hotel was very clean but the furniture was not kept up. All the furniture doors didn’t close right. Bathroom was a really nice size and very well lit. Beds and bedding were nice. Parking was plentiful and convenient. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Fresh fruit, coffee, juices and much more. Only thing is the dining area is very small but outdoor tables are available. We would stay there again. Ladies at front desk were very nice and helpful. We experienced a rocket launch at about 9:30pm on Saturday night as there’s an Air Force base near by. We were startled by the loud noise and rumbling but when we realized what it was, it was a funny memory that we will keep with our daughters."
