「Our Dog was welcomed. Very friendly and approachable staff, our room was as expected clean and exactly what we required as being disabled, on the ground floor and a walk in shower. We had no problems getting there, and being there, staff were excellent and attentive, Especially Gavin GM. Dale HM, and Pete the Executive Chef. Other staff were friendly and helpful too. We had a great stay.」

「Caravan is lovely and comfortable, though can be noisy in stormy weather, though otherwise it's a quiet location. Drive is quite steep for parking. Fantastic views over Loch Long. Access drive is a single road, is quite steep in places and it can be tricky to find the caravan.」

「Stayed overnight and had prepaid for breakfast. Went down when breakfast opened but there were many students staying and had formed a queue around the dining room. We didn't have time to wait as had to catch a particular ferry. Told receptionist when we checked out and was told "they paid too". Not impressed at customer service.」

「We had a lovely room with a large bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. The town lost power but we still had hot water which was awesome as it allowed us to have hot showers in the morning. They also made arrangements for a complimentary hot breakfast our second morning when the power was back on. Holly was excellent and enabled us to check in even without the power. 「Beautiful room, tremendous view, lots of little touches, e.g. binoculars on the window ledge, dressing gown and slippers, a dram left on the window ledge, a proper bottle of milk left in the fridge, a wee bottle of irn bru, energy bars….. and the list goes on! So very thoughtful. We had the opportunity to speak to both Peter and Nicola and they were genuinely interested in us having a great time, which we did.
