We had a lovely room with a large bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. The town lost power but we still had hot water which was awesome as it allowed us to have hot showers in the morning. They also made arrangements for a complimentary hot breakfast our second morning when the power was back on. Holly was excellent and enabled us to check in even without the power. She was there to assist us right away. Heather was our server and was wonderful as well when we had breakfast. Breakfast was delicious. The only note that I would make is that the stairs to the room were narrow but more then manageable as long as you don’t have over large luggage.

The staff, Hope in particular, were wonderful to us.The town was without power in the aftermath of hurricane Amy but she got us checked in and settled in spite of conditions outside. Way above and beyond.

This was repeat business. Already stayed in that room years before. Very spacious and quiet. Loved the complimentary Wafer biscuits! Continental Breakfast, well catered for, in the Bar/Bakery is a clever culinary trap! Once the Scones/Shortbread/Cakes get out of the kitchen, spreading amzing smells, one feels compelled to purchase those delicacies for later in your trip. Staff super friendly. Ever so lucky to find a space in main street to park the car. Very practical place to stop whether you are going North or catching a ferry towards Islay or driving to the Mull of Kintyre. Recommends

Easily the most charming hotel ever!

Four of us (all adults) spent two nights in Inverary and had reserved three rooms at the hotel months in advance. From the very first interaction with the staff, we were in love. Our rooms were large and comfortable, with lots of natural light and a beautiful view of the main street. One of our rooms was across the street, which gave us the chance to take fun photos of us waving and yelling to each other! The bathroom in my room was surprisingly big and while we only used the clawfoot tub to do some laundry, it was a nice treat! The cafe was bustling both mornings we were there and served delicious breakfast foods. I thoroughly enjoyed my coffee and quite time in the garden! We heard some locals enjoying themselves out in the street in the first night, but it was a Friday, after all ... we still slept well!

Repeat stay and all the essentials covered as well as last time. Spacious room, comfy bed, great shower, perfect wifi and excellent breakfast. All staff interactions great. See you next time.

A perfect launching point for visiting all of Northwest Scotland. The staff was amazing and helpful. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and very clean. Large modern bathroom as well as all the little touches that made the stay very personal and far exceeded my expectations, especially for the cost! The town of Inverary is also amazing. Plenty of dining options that are walkable from the hotel. All were EXCELLENT. The only item I would mention to keep in mind is to ask for a room away from the road if you are a light sleeper as you can hear the cars passing. They thoughtfully offer ear plugs and night masks as well, so I slept very well in their comfy beds.

Brambles stay

Very nice en suite room. Fairly new build. Staying for couple of nights bed and breakfast. Room very nice. Some dusting had been missed on the bedside lamps. Bathroom floor looked a bit grubby. Laminate on worktop where sink is had split, possibly due to water ingress and could pose a hazard for slicing open finger/hand. Shower pressure could be better. Heater was not on when we arrived. I phoned reception and they came over 10 minutes later and showed us how to set temperature. She did apologise saying housekeeping should have set that already. Breakfast was very nice and good choice
