"Very nice location and staff. Rooms are a little dated and they need better darkening options for windows with gabled edges. The curtains do not work."

"Do not recommend this hotel or the restaurant for the cost. The beds are shockingly hard, windows don’t open and virtually no airflow, and it’s in desperate need of an update. Breakfast buffet was okay. Staff are nice but there aren’t enough of them. Most are juggling multiple stations/duties."

"Room wasn't clean - the trash hadn't been emptied and had paperwork, tissues and a pair of socks clearly in the bin. The shower wasn't clean - mould on tiles and in grout throughout the shower and fittings. Hotel was completely booked so couldn't be changed to another room. "
