「Room was okay, staff was not very helpful and breakfast was definitely not continental. There was a $150 deposit as well the room total that we were unfortunately aware of when we arrived at the hotel, we definitely knew there would be a deposit required but were used to $30-70 deposits. Had no problem paying the deposit but would appreciate more communication of this pricing requirement for future trips :) overall a okay stay for a weekend concert」

「Too pricey, so bad」

「This is a nice place. I had a room with the bathroom and shower. I had to ask for maid service after 2 full days of staying. Elevator broke while I was there. I had to take all my luggage back down 2 flights of stairs. The neighborhoid is a little sketchy. Portland has changed just like Seattle. Tons of homeless everywhere.」

「The staff is helpful. However, the room is poorly maintained and the card door often not working. There is also a unpleasant smell in the room」
