"Amazing trip at the Sleeping Giant Hotel which is attached to the Pen y cae inn.. We arrived and was greeted by Lee and Claire, they went above and beyond to get us into our room 3 hours before checkin time.. the hotel is clean, modern with no expense spared.. the pub which is attached to the hotel has a lovely restaurant, the food was great and good value for money.. we ended up extending our stay by a extra night as we enjoyed it here that much! "A lovely hotel, great room and comfortable bed. Decor a bit dated but all clean. Wonderful lounge and bar area. Friendly happy staff. There were some issues with the lift but as were on the first floor we could manage the stairs. A very relaxing break. Thank you."
