「It’s a pleasant experience to stay in this B & B. The host Tom is very friendly and helpful. Nicely decorated bedroom with everything I need. There’s a kettle and a few types of tea inside the room, and the breakfast is more than good enough for me. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Knighton. It’s just a small town and so it’s within walking distance to all main attractions.」

「The room was cleaned from the previous tenant. The bed was dirty and there were beer glasses everywhere and the bathroom was filthy. We could not stay the night and are in the process of getting a refund! 」

「The shower did not drain, which resulted in the bathroom becoming flooded with water. The light in the seating area would not work. The pillows were very thin and so was the mattress. Overall a poor experience. 」

「The one night we had was very nice. They were very welcoming and very good host. The room was very clean and had everything you needed and fresh milk was given to us. The location was great just near the river and a short walk from the town. The breakfast was great, you put your order in the night before and it was cooked fresh for the time you arranged. I would definitely recommend it and will definitely be going back there. With there being parking on site a bonus,as you don't have to walk...

「The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were helpful. Parking was in front of the hotel, off the main street. The village had a few shops and a large town nearby. The hotel has a river at the bottom of the grounds which was lovely to sit near.」
