"Overall great experience, the only reason why I didn’t do 5 stars is because on Expedia the amenities say there is a spa at this hotel but when we got there they said there was not which was disappointing. Other than that the hotel was great. Food was amazing and view was beautiful."

"Friendly and welcoming staff who speak good English and were quick to respond via message prior to our stay. Great location and plenty of nearby free parking. The room was stylish however not much space for luggage/items. Although the room came with a kettle and pod espresso machine, it was disappointing that the coffee pods were not replenished, and even the cups and sauces were not replaced after being clearly used. "Olga was very kind and helpful and gave us good suggestions for things around town. The beds were extraordinarily comfortable. I wish someone had suggested we hike the nature trail heading north --- we did a quick run thru just before we left, and it is wonderful. Our stay in a castle (?fort? ?convent?) was wonderful. Lovely, peaceful and relaxing."
