Staff was not that friendly of helpful, also the wifi sucks.
I called and asked if I could get an early check-in. They asked what time I would like to come and I asked how early a room could be ready. They replied "3 PM" which is the standard check-in time which I pointed out and asked if early check-in was possible. It's like they didn't want to tell me no? But then answer was no? So we had a little back and forth on that before I finally got a clear 'we're busy/booked today and can't do early check-in' which was frustrating. I would have rather been told no up front.
When I got there and was given my room key, the front desk person pointed me in the wrong direction and it took a while for me to find my room. The rooms doors all face outside and the numbers are a little confusing and hard to follow. They should have given some kind of map.
The room was fine, I would not recommend staying more than 1 night

Reserved the room and was not informed that there needed to be a 3 party authorization, employee went to hotel and was not able to check in and there was NO one at the front desk to help. Terrible customer service
