The guy who checked us in was pretty surly, plus it sounded like we had a basketball team above us. No ice machine, and hard to get the "constant fan" going. However, the room was clean & nice and had no problem with that. There was a gate at the front that made it safe (good, because our door latch was broken)

Housekeeping staff was very nice and kind. Some of the rooms are not up to date--old curtains with big tears or worn areas on the darken side, a tV mount broken so that the minifridge was up on the table and the TV was sitting on it. holes in the area around the electric socket. Asked for non-smoking and was put in a smoking room so had to change. Bathroom door didn't close completely. Had to shove it hard and see if you could get the door to close.

My cancelled reservation that I couldn’t get out

Ask for a receipt got nothing but zeros ! Tried to cancel my hotel.com night before hotel.com virtual help doesn’t help ! I’m done with Hotel.com after my Idaho falls trip owners in Idaho are honest nice people! Indians owners have dirty hotels & I don’t trust them ! Bye hotel sucks .com sorry 😢

I was in town for a graduation and needed a place to rest briefly before continuing my trip. Unfortunately, this property did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or comfort. Check-in was conducted through a small window, as there was no lobby available, which immediately raised concerns about the overall quality of the establishment. Upon entering the room, I was uncomfortable placing my belongings anywhere, as the space appeared unclean. The furnishings, including the bed and chairs, were visibly dirty, and the condition of the bathroom was unacceptable. The towels provided were extremely worn, stained, and resembled cleaning rags more than proper linens. Additionally, I found hair in the towels, which further confirmed the lack of hygiene. After attending the graduation event, I made the decision to check out early and find alternative accommodations. I did not feel safe or comfortable sleeping in the bed, due to concerns about potential bed bugs or other sanitary issues. I would not recommend this property and hope improvements are made to bring it up to an acceptable standard.

Liked the location. However the first room wasn’t unacceptable. Entering the room in the afternoon noticed a dead bug on top of the counter but did not expected anything out of the ordinary. When returning late night there was bugs everywhere walls, floors, shower, etc. Immediately called the front office and the lady was hesitant to believe and I requested that she come to the room to verify. The only option I had was to move to another room. With all this experience I just wanted my refund back since I was not comfortable to experience another scenery. She told me she could not give me my refund because I had 30 minutes to decline a room. I told her that this situation was the premise’s problem not mine? At this point the only solution was to try another room and it was better, at least I did not see bugs. This was my experience that I will not forget.

Wouldn’t stay again

The man at the front desk was rude. The girls that were working front desk when I first checked in, wouldn’t even let me check in 30 minutes early! There was literally so many available rooms that they simply could have just put me in and they didn’t. I had to wait outside in 115 degree heat! There was a few roaches in our bathroom. The hotel is run down and outdated. I thought the pool would at least be a good feature especially since it was hot but it was so filthy with bugs all inside like they don’t even clean it. I had room service already knocking at my door 30 minutes before checkout. Oh yeah and if they come knocking asking if you need new towels, DONT GIVE IT TO THEM. They WILL NOT give you new towels. They will take yours, go to every other room at the hotel, wash all the towels, THEN bring you yours back hours later. So you’re left without towels. The only good things were: the bed was comfortable, conveniently being right next to a gas station for quick drinks/snacks and a few blocks down from restaurants.
