We were on our way to Yellowstone so this was just a stopover for the night. Totally fine for a one night or short stay. The property was in the final stages of being remodeled. Not really a problem. Our room had been remodeled recently and was nice. You got the impression that they were trying to make it nicer. Decent breakfast came with it.

A Surprising Gem

I loved the staff, the room size and the modern remodel what needs improving is some care of the outdoor grounds. A little trash control and weeding would really make the place more welcoming and create a better feel. Breakfast was a little cold one day. We loved how convenient this place was to our son’s new home. The swimming pool was clean and lovely but needs a bathroom to shower off chlorine All in all our stay was perfect!

Hard to find.

We went right to the motel, but the sign said "Yellowstone" motel rather than it's new listing "Comfort Inn and Suites". We finally called and were told we were at the right place. There was no address post on the building. It ended up a good stay.

Renovated hotel that was chic and clean! The room was on the 2nd floor and we discovered that the shower pressure was very low on hot/very warm. Made for a very short and uncomfortable shower. All the staff were very nice. However, breakfast gets a D-. We arrived an hour before breakfast stopped. No plates, forks, bacon, sausage, butter etc. The hotel was filled with people. One poor girl was running around trying to get things taken care of. I asked if she was the only one working and she said "yes". She was running from the front desk to the breakfast room trying to get things out. I felt terrible for her!! Definitely a management issue. We had breakfast at another restaurant.

Our experience was certainly sub-par. The first thing we noticed was that there were stains on the bedding. Yikes. Makes me feel like they weren’t changed at all from previous stay. I immediately went downstairs and asked for our bedding to be changed, and was asked if we wanted a different room… I didn’t want to be entitled or rude so I politely declined and said the bedding changed would be great. After going outside to grab the remainder of our things I walked back past the front desk and was stoped and handed 2 “extra” hotel “woal” blankets and 2 fitted sheets… So I guess I’m changing the bedding…? Again, not trying to be difficult, I said thanks and went up to the room. These sheets had several pieces of hair throughout them, and too were stained in several places. We just threw some extra blankets on to of the bedding and just gave up. Our floor was not mopped/clean, our bottom of our socks were disgusting. Best part was the pool but it was not heated so the water was freezing… Overall cleanliness is very important to us, perfection is not. Very uncleanly and left a poor impression.

Mediocre stay but Padnu saved the day

Pros:for the rate per night the experience was good enough. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and even with renovations happening it was fairly quiet and comfortable experience for the five days we stayed. Breakfast was well cooked, clean and continually hot, fresh and clean. There was a hard working young lady named Padnu that was absolutely the only hospitable and warm and friendly part of our stay. So to her... Thank you!!! Cons: This place needs a new manager. Aside from Padnu helping us when we had questions or needed to extend our stay the manager was no where to be found until about noon each day. He did allow us to check in early but it went a little something like this.. Walk up to counter eye contact is made, no hello, no warm welcome, I ask if check in i early s possible-- no response, no answer, begins typing and asks for my credit card and hands me room keys and explains the room and Internet. Still no help or welcome and goes back to doing administrative work, no further eye contact. We walk in second day from our daily activities to him hollering from a second floor balcony in a time that was not friendly at the front desk agent. Dude needs the book "unreasonable hospitality" If it was not for the young lady there and one other young man lnothing was getting done. The two of them(not the manager) stocked, cleaned, set up breakfast (just her), restocked pubic bathrooms/areas, took care of guest questions by themselves with ino support. Rough

This hotel is going through a complete remodel. The second floor has newly been remodeled. The rooms are clean, the beds comfy and the grandkids loved the pool. There is no hot tub. The breakfast was okay. Typical hotel continental breakfast. But the staff was outstanding. Will definitely come back.

We read the reviews and stayed here anyway. Yes, it’s been recently renovated so things are probably still under way but the beds were comfortable, the bathroom and room was clean, there was free breakfast, and staff was friendly. Don’t deter because the outside sign hasn’t been updated. Would definitely stay here again.

My room was spotless, and the owner was extremely friendly and flexible with my third shift schedule as a Travel Nurse. He maintained a quiet environment and even let me stay until 2 PM for checkout, understanding I had just finished my shift and needed rest.
