"Conveniently located across street from Manhattan Mall with loads of interesting shops and restaurants. Belamar has a nice happy hour if you'd prefer not to go out. Downtown MB is less than 5 minutes away."

"The breakfast was probably the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel and the staff was amazing so sweet. I will say the only thing that was a 7/10 was the gym because the lack of equipment and space but that’s the only criticism I have for this hotel overall amazing stay and would stay here again. "

"Our room looked liked it was not vaccumed, one of the bed sheets had a stain on it. Also, bathtub seemed to be backed up or at some point of the day, the water backs up into the tub. I only know this because I shave in the shower and I always make sure the tub is clean by rinsing it, but when i come back from an outing, theres shavings all over the tub.Our first day of housekeeping, we were not provided any towels. The staff is super friendly and nice. The staff would be the only reason why I would go back to this hotel."

"Breakfast are not that great but location is good . Sink is clogged not fixed . Needs upgrade with furnitures specifically the sofa . Parking is free in the hotel website but you actually pay $22/day. "

"Hotel would not honour the rate agreed to with Expedia even with rate agreement provided to them. They insisted the rate is $50 higher and would not let us check in unless we pay the extra $50. They told us to call Expedia to sort it out. It took a couple off hours and still wasn’t resolved. Very frustrating "

"The hotel itself was nice. But we had several problems during our one week stay. We had two rooms on the third floor both had queen size beds. The bathroom for us was an issue. It had a sliding door with no lock very heavy door by the way. When you closed it, it had a large gap on each side that you could clearly see the person showering or going to the bathroom. So if anybody walked up towards the door to leave, they could see what was going on in the bathroom. The next problem was they told us they would clean our room every three days but every day we would get clean towels and our trash thrown. One of our rooms was never cleaned the whole time we were There. The trash was overflowing. We didn’t get towels. It was never picked up. We asked several times for it to be picked up and it never happened. The other room only got cleaned once because I saw the person in the hallway and they asked me if I wanted it cleaned and I said yes. But again, no towels no toilet paper no throwing the trash. If we wanted something we had to go down to the lobby to pick it up ourselves. The pool was ice cold there was no towels by the pool. We were told someone would bring some out to us that never happened. They had a little restaurant on the first floor. We went for breakfast. We’re waiting to be seated. We were told we had to order and pay at the stand. Then we could seat ourselves and the food would be brought out. Which was strange because if you wanted to add something you had to pay 1s"

"We walked from the airport to this hotel, which was so convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was incredibly quiet and the bed was really comfortable. My son got to do some plane-spotting, even though it was foggy. Nice staff too!"
