「Simply lovely a guest house right by the beach - would love to go back !」

「Great location. Inflexible menu on the day so had to eat elsewhere no accommodation La were made for us. Clean room But many hairs in the bedding inbetween mattress protector or bottom sheet. Attention to detail would be worthwhile and signs on other guests doors to ask them to be mind full not letting doors slam in the morning would be helpful.」

「We had a lovely weekend at Arden House. Lucie organised everything with so much attention to detail and care that being there felt like a cosy home. We even received a welcome card and chocolate Easter eggs every time the room was cleaned. The location was also great, just a five-minute walk from the castle. The rooms were spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend staying there!」

「Expedia gives this hotel 3 stars, however the sign outside and other sites give it 2 stars. I would say it’s closer to 2 stars based on the room we stayed in and our overall stay. The decor was dated, the tv didn’t work, the mattress was hard and pillows flat making for an uncomfortable nights sleep. Wonderful service bu those very friendly and helpful staffs but one problem is the rooms which located on the ground floor are just next to the bar courtyard, you can hear all the noises by the customers because they just seats outside your windows.」

「I stayed on a business trip. The hotel was perfect. It was very comfortable and all of the staff I met were really great. The evening meal was delicious, as was the freshly made full fried breakfast. So much better in every way to the Premier Inns that I normally stay in for work. And….its on the beach so the best end to my long drive was having a beer looking at the sea. I don’t know if I’m going to be back down that way again, but if I am will definitely stay at this hotel.」
