We stayed 3 nights and it was perfect for what we needed: a clean place to stay, nice little patio with the room, a pool to cool off after hikes and a convenient location. Keith at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend! "

" This property is perfectly located, only a few steps from the entrance to Zion national Park and sits on the flowing Virgin river. The rooms are very clean equipped with a full kitchen..There is a market on property to purchase your needs..A brew pub restaurant is on location and there is a free shuttle that will take you through the town of Springdale if you prefer other dining experiences. I loved this place! "

"Very good in stay cost with $50 dollars deposit. Has lot of parking space, this is the hotel I stay when I go. Just as comment it does not have microwave and coffe maker.. "

"We were not disappointed. Everything was fresh clean. The grounds are beautiful. The staff was exceptional at the front desk even helped us carry our luggage to our room."

"The staff was kind and I was able to get a room and get in pretty quickly. The LED lights in the bathroom are a little jarring. You have to squint to see the mirror at first. Slept well, it was quiet, no issues with the room. The only thing I could suggest is offer real OJ or cranberry juice with breakfast. The watered down version from the machine doesn't even have a hint of citrus, it's water with an orange color. Now, can you please take the two charges for $50 off my card. I only slept and ate there, nothing warranted a $100 in incidentals."
