"The front desk staff were excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a used ashtray by the elevator, we let management know. They immediately cleaned it out and removed the ashtray, leaving the trash can available for guests. The restaurant in the hotel was good. Excellent service and tasty cafe type food."
