"I have stayed at this property numerous times. For medical reasons, I have to stay on the 1st floor which is where I have stayed on all previous reservations. When I explained that at the desk they told me there would be an extra charge and I explained there had never been an extra charge before and I made the assumption they made the change to the first floor. When I went back to the front desk, a young lady saved the day.There was no extra charge , and she was very accommodating, i did not like the inconvenience."
