It was Christmas Eve and late when we were able to check in. All went will getting our room. No problems at all with anything. Will come back again

This hotel has a great staff and excellent facilities. I had a king bed in a comfortable room. There is a swimming pool and breakfast.

I reserved this room for my elderly mother in law and sister in law so they could attend my son's graduation. They were very pleased with the room and the friendliness of the staff.

Beautiful house, beautiful neighborhood and the ghost were friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff were very nice. My only complaint was that hot tub was only 10 degrees warmer than the pool.

Do NOT let this hotel's 2.5 rating keep you from staying at the hotel. That rating must be about the old hotel that this NEW hotel replaced. In my opinion, the new hotel outstanding! The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Galesburg, IL, is a brand new hotel. All of the décor from the lobby which contains an nice eating area for the free breakfast and an open business center (electrical and charging outlets on a modern high-stooled wood bar with access to printing) to the guest room are...

The room was very clean, with cozy, warm bedding for someone like me from Las Vegas!! The "breakfast ladies" were awesome, asking us if we had everything we needed. Healthy foods provided, plenty of fresh fruit, juice, waffles, omlets, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, Canadian bacon. What a buffet, and a large cooker of oatmeal, and cold cereal options. Bacon, toast, bagels, English muffins, biscuits and gravy. One thing that did strike me funny was "no" donuts, or rolls....(my problem...

We loved the pet friendliness of this property! It was so convenient to be able to take our dogs out through the sliding door directly into the courtyard instead of through a hallway. The courtyard area was really lovely and breakfast was a nice surprise perk.

Check in was hassle free thanks to Concierge Kenny; a very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced person. Room was clean and in great condition. Also, slept very well on a comfortable bed.

Great staff, friendly, helpful and courteous.

I had a better room than 2 weeks ago.

Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable! Highly recommend this rental.

The check in was quick and very friendly. The property is very clean and the rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. Parking is more than ample and the location is great, if not central, for the area. Of the hotels in Burlington, this is the only one I will stay in.

I was able to check in early without waiting for the 3 pm check in time.

Was in visiting family. Kids were able to come enjoy the pool. Staff was friendly. Awesome breakfast

The nice hotel is for a reasonable price. The check-in is easy and the staff is very friendly. Room and the surounding are clean. The room seems having recent remodeling and the moden furniture and the styling is in a good taste. The breakfast is OK. I'd stay there next time.

I wanted to thank the manager and the staff they were great, we are traveling and found this Super 8 to be the nicest and the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate. We had the one cup coffee service, a terrific breakfast including hot waffles and even a nice selection of cereals ans donuts. The property is older without the pool though i would stay there again and will let all my friends know when traveling. This hotel was triple A, a thumbs up in our...
