「The property is close to the most upscale in that area. Ther is a need for some renovations. Very secured and parking is great. Parking is one of the reasons we choose to stay there, the staff are great and the views from the room are great. There is a need to offer better breakfast options and their new eco friendly air conditioning system is not customer friendly and is confusing how. It works. They need to rethink their HVAC System.」

「We’ve been coming to Falmouth for 30 years and 25 of them have been at Green Harbor Waterfront Lodge. We love the atmosphere, its proximity to things to do (breweries, wineries, hiking, shopping, P-Town, restaurants), and the view of the water from every room. The rooms with the kitchenette make it very homey and inexpensive. And the people who run it are always so welcoming. Oh and this place is super dog friendly, which we love.」

「The location of the Morgan is perfect. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. However, since it’s so close to everything, it is loud at night. Our room was on the first floor which was unfortunate since we saw and heard everything. There are no curtains in the room, only blinds, and the flood lights outside are extremely bright until midnight. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything stocked (towels, shampoo, conditioner, steamer) and the lobby area had a great ice...

「This waterfront property features a main building that houses the lobby, restaurant, and lighthouse, along with several cottages spread across the grounds. Most of the cottages offer at least partial views of the water. While the exteriors appear a bit dated, the interiors are well maintained — especially considering the year-round exposure to salty sea air and harsh winter snow. 「The property has new owners. They still have a lot to fix outside, painting, to and landscaping. The rooms were renovated. The bathroom had no toilet paper holder , no hooks to hang towels or clothes on in the bathroom. They did have a full length mirror with light. Small closet with only 3 hangars.」
