「Room hygiene, complete facilities, But room sound insulation is not good」

「King room stay on the 6th floor. Dinner and drinking were great at the tavern. This hotel is right at the end of Essex Street. Perfect stay for a quick stay in Salem. 」

「The staff at The Hotel Salem are so friendly and helpful. If you want to be right in the middle of Essex Street, this is the spot. The room was very comfortable and clean. Plus you have two great eating spots right on property, The Counter and The Roof. Nothing beats the views from the roof and the food and drinks are delicious. Only drawback is that parking is a bit of a walk because you are staying is a historic part of town. My favorite place to stay in Salem.」

「Fantastic place, from the minute of check-in to checkout the place exceeded my expectations. Great for families with small children even though I was with my adult children. Children’s books and rubber duck for kids is an amazing idea 」

「A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.」
