「The worst two nights of my life in a hotel ever! Our room was over the bar (not identified anywhere during reservations). Music and partying until 4 am. Zero sleep. Second night, the shared balcony had drunk party-ers right outside door until 2 am. Walls and ceilings so thin we heard everything…. And I do mean everything!! 「Very basic room.No window, No microwave. Dirty floor」

「The staff and the location was amazing. Walking distance to the beach and eateries. The points taken away are from the upkeep of the property. Doors rusted, and the phone did not work in our room. It may have been because the hallway power was out and there was no lights. The railing on the balcony was loose so be careful if you lean on it. In closing, the staff belongs at the Biltmore, and the facility needs to be built more. There were lots of patrons while we were there, so the inconveniences...

「I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene. I am sure and I definitely hope that others can stay away from this hotel. I say it three times: stay away! Stay away! Stay away!」

「Loved everything about our stay but I think as far as breakfast to have something everyone eats, CHICKEN…I don’t eat red meat or pork and I’m sure there are others that don’t as well so chicken patties or turkey patties would be best option for feeding all people . Again besides that everything was amazing」
