The property was not as described on the website. The bathroom had a leaky faucet. The sheets on the bed felt like cardboard on your skin. The balcony was so small you could barely fit two people, and the chairs were so old and rusted you were sitting on metal which was so uncomfortable. We couldn’t stay outside. The refrigerator was so old it barely kept the bottles of water I put in at a cold temperature. The Internet was up and down the whole night so we couldn’t watch TV. There was one nightstand lamp, which did not have an on off switch so the only way to use it was to tighten and loosen the lightbulb.Upon checkout, I complained to the individual behind the desk and she laughed in my face and said, “oh well”. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Breakfast, bathroom corners in floors! Just not what we were expecting! Especially a charge of $50.00 a night to have a room overlooking the pool. We ask for that when reservations were made. I realize we book it through Expedia but, didn’t get what we ask for! Plus, a charge of $250.00 cancellation fee and another $250.00 for some other reason! It took approximately 1+ hours to cancel! Never, never use Expedia or any other 3rd party for booking!!! Also explained it was our Anniversary.

The hotel is dated but somewhat clean. 1st night there walked down to beach and it was closed. Just went down from there. Cutains are half up and down, wont open like they should. Furniture is very uncomfortable and hard. Bed is super soft. Probably memory foam that needs replaced. We both have cpap machines and only outlet was behind the bed had to reorganize the room. Walked around room with socks which were white but are grey now. Tv is a ruku so internet based and wasnt working. Called front desk to get voicemail. Went to sleep. Got up to take shower next day for a cockroach on shower curtain. Hair dryer stopped working. As we left for day stopped by front desk and told them hair dryer replaced but Tv still not working. No other bugs sited. Left the next day. Staff was nice and appreciated gift card but nothing I could use with it as it was to a smoke, vape, gift store.

The room service did not come in everyday! Received clean towels one day. The doors had to be slammed in order to shut all the way which made it hard to sleep with others going in and out all hours. Couldn’t enjoy the balcony because of the smell of weed flowing from other balconies. Not the cleanest! Dirty Curtains! Unfortunately we won’t be going back.

The bed was comfortable, the A/C and refrigerator worked. Room was smelled moldy when we walked in. No clock. No place to plug in phones or computer. Only one bedside table. Internet was slow. Key on the door didn't work very well - had to get a desk manager to open it for us. Hotel is run down and not all that convenient to the beach. We were disappointed for the price. This is a 1 star hotel.

Das Zimmer war mit Möbeln vollgestellt. Es gab kein Platz für Koffer. Minibalkon war dreckig und nur zugänglich wenn man sich am Bett vorbei quetschte. Sehr hellhörig. Breiter Schlitz an der Eingangstür. Hat Renovierung nötig. Außenbereich war nicht einladend. Personal war nett und bemüht. Restaurants auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite.

First off, the employees and staff were fantastic. Amanda was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we only had two towels for four of us. There was black mold on the bathroom floor, the bathroom door didn’t close all the way so could not lock, curtains were falling down and were off their track, the ceiling fan didn’t work, it smelled like smoke, and the deadbolt on the door also didn’t work. Besides the run down room, the furniture was cute, beachy and updated. The noises late at night included loud music and bass that vibrated our room and we were woken up by a man screaming something about a crow bar, he sounded intoxicated and possibly hurt. Definitely not a place for children. A little scary knowing our door didn’t lock. We unfortunately can’t recommend the place and won’t be back.

Staff was great but the room needs help. If you are given Room 200--run! The door was broken--you need to kick it to get in (frankly anybody could kick it in with or without a key); The balcony door was broken and didn't lock: the toilet paper roll was broken. For the life of me I could not figure out how to turn on the light in the bathroom. To be fair I did book it like 10 minutes beforeI arrived so it is possible they were full to capacity and had to accomodate me with a good dose of squalor. To the staffs credit the room was very clean, but to be clear this is not a hotell or an Inn, it is a dated hotel and it is not on the beach. The beach is across a small public road, down a quay, past a couple restaurant/bars and the beach is closed anyway due to storm erosion. So you can sit on benches in a little municiipal park behind a retaining wall of sharp rocks while planning your jaunt to other public beaches, which are numerous.

Typically, I don’t leave reviews, but I’m hoping this helps both future guests and the hotel by setting clearer expectations around pricing. While the staff was kind and welcoming, and the bed and hot water were fine, the room was overpriced and not worth the cost. There is no actual ocean view, so paying extra for one isn’t worth it. Only one outlet worked (one had something jammed inside, and the outlet behind the TV didn’t work), requiring two extension cords to be run across the room to power basic items, which felt unsafe. Cleanliness issues were concerning, including a broken razor head in the bathroom sink, broken glass and dirt in a sink drawer, and a slippery shower. Conversations were easily heard through the walls, and with no sheer curtains and only one working lamp, the room was very dark unless you wanted to open the blinds to the parking lot. Overall, it was tolerable for a one-night stay but not somewhere I’d return to or feel comfortable having children stay. The surrounding area, however, was nice and walkable.
