We stayed in unit 10. Very small room for two queen beds. A king would have been just right. One bed was against a wall making it difficult to get out of it. Only one nightstand for two beds? The TV was impossible to watch from one of the beds. Dining / sitting area was tiny. Had to move the table out to sit in the other chair. The AC unit was difficult to operate with the remote supplied. It did not cool well. We were thankful a cold front came through Sunday to cool things off. There was no eating utensils. No forks or spoons. There was a knife block set. The common areas outside were not well maintained. The place was within walking distance to a beautiful beach.

We started our stay with disappointment in the outside area as soon as we arrived. What looked like it should be inviting online had nothing but a couple of hard structures to sit on. We proceeded to enter our room. There was still a hole in the door where the original lock had been that was visible from the inside. There were also gaps in the door frame. While the room was clean and newly updated, it was definitely smaller than the pictures made it seem. The walls were thin and the neighbors upstairs who arrived after midnight one of the nights was extremely disruptive. Only one of three lights worked and one of the lamps was missing a light bulb entirely. We were left one random beach towel (which I’m not sure justifies a $25/day “resort fee”, seems more like deceptive pricing) and a few random rolls of toilet paper, not even one full roll. I also sent a message to try to get more toilet paper during our stay and no one ever responded. In addition to the “resort fee”, the “parking fee” was a joke. How else is someone supposed to get to this location, it’s just another forced fee. On top of all that, we were checking out on Monday. However when we arrived home from our activities on Sunday night, we were locked out of our room for 45 minutes. The code to the door had been reset and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone to fix it. The only thing this place had going for it was that it was walkable to the beach. If it looks too good to be to true it is.

Awful! I was charged twice for room. Nobody on property to assist. Near impossible to get anyone on the phone. Property run down and unsightly. Trash and random items strewn about. Room had no microwave, no hand towels, no wash clothes and bathroom fan not working. No working lamps. One had no bulb, one wasn’t charged. There was an area rug that was too big so they folded it over…trip hazard. Especially after recently having major foot surgery. Bathroom and entry rugs literally cut in half and put down. Door had rot and light and air coming in. Hinges rusted and pulled out from frame. Hole in door where new handle put in…hole covered with a Jesus plaque. Anyone could have popped it off and accessed the room. Two men seemingly housed there while working on property smoking pot outside our room and room smelled like pot the rest of the night. Family upstairs, also believed to be property employees had a small child that was running, jumping, flopping, scraping items and dropping things on floor until 10 pm. My husband went up to ask them to be quiet. It didn’t stop for another half hour. It was constant! Then he woke up at 3 am and was at it for over an hour, then again in the morning. It was unrelenting! We packed our things and left to go back home. It was absolutely horrible! It was my husband’s birthday and it was ruined. We’ve stayed here many times and the new owners have blown it. We will never be back and are seeking a full refund.

The rooms looked nothing like the pictures online! place was a dump. The staff was terrible. tried to get another room and they messed that up. The first room they tried to give us was like a closet ! no windows coffee make was on a chair. No shower curtain or door. The bed was a twin on frame with no box springs about 16" off the floor . We walked out ! trying to get our money back now.

Traveler Beware! there was two separate charges on my credit card for a one night stay which was well above the advertised price. I messaged for clarification of the the two charges which was ignored.

Charge you so many fees we got charged close to 400$ in fees and have yet to be refunded days later. Check in was at 4 and we got there at 5:30 looking for our rooms only to be told they aren’t cleaned yet and we need to wait until 8 pm to check in. When we finally checked in the room smelled so bad of chemicals and there was a massive wet blue stain on the sheets. The shower doesn’t even have a door on it so water got everywhere and it was so humid in the room everything felt slick and moist. There is no office and it is so difficult to get ahold of anyone with questions.

This was the first time I’ve had to immediately leave a hotel upon arrival. The room was not cleaned, had no sheets on the bed, hair and pests throughout, and a shower window that appeared to expose the entire bathroom to the courtyard. The AC barely worked and there was no way to reach a live person for help despite multiple attempts — only automated responses until the next morning. Several fees were also added that were not obvious when booking. The experience did not reflect the property’s photos or description.

The location, amenities, cleanliness, and overall experience for a very pleasant one, the cleaning staff was so amazing and very friendly and attentive, location is just footsteps to the beach and parking was very safe. The property left firewood out for a bonfire, which was and added bonus to sit out and star/moon gaze, I would give five stars, but the reason for the four stars, which is not the property's fault, the guest above my room was very loud with their footsteps, other than that I would stay here again, just not in a room with guests above. I will be back again.

I paid the full rate for a room advertised with TWO beds: 1 queen bed and 1 queen trundle bed (pull-out underneath). That was the only reason I booked this property. What I was given was ONE bed. No trundle. No second bed. Yet I was still charged the two-bed rate. Because the second bed was not provided, the single bed had to be shared. The mattress is severely sunken in the middle, making it extremely uncomfortable. This issue would not exist if the advertised trundle bed had actually been provided. The room also had hundreds of ants — in the bed, on the floor, and in the bathroom — along with spiders. I requested ant traps, but no one responded. The property is run entirely remotely with no front desk and no on-site staff. There was no hot water and electrical issues: the main overhead light repeatedly dimmed and flickered when the refrigerator turned on or when neighboring units used electricity. The room is one small room with a bed and bathroom, separated from the neighboring unit by one thin hollow door. The guests next door were loud for hours, with no quiet-hour enforcement and no staff to intervene. The property later admitted in writing the room did not match the listing and could not relocate me. Their resolution was $50 back and waived parking, while still charging for a two-bed room that was never provided. I paid for two beds and a habitable room. That is not what I received.

Room was not ready, wet towels on the floor, bed not made, many ants on the floor. Staff would not respond to many attempts to contact us. Staff is not on premises. We could not check in and had to return home. Hotel would only agree to a partial refund. Staff is not responsive and will not accept photos and videos of the condition of the room. The “Deluxe” room was very small, no window and the mini fridge doubled as a bedside nightstand. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. The bed looked homemade with a thin mattress. It resembled a trundle bed. I would advise that you sincerely weigh your options before settling on this establishment. Some people have obviously enjoyed their stay but I was not in that category. This room was definitely not in the hotel description and was not on the “postcard.” Deluxe would not be part of my description of this room.

Couldnt find the room. There were 3 other people outside lookong for their room, somw never got a confirmation email with room information. I had to text someone to get my information. Walking in #14 room. Very tiny. Noticed 2 dead flys on the bed sheets and hair. Go into the bathroom and those same black flies are flying around. After laying kn the bed for 4 mins, i noticed a handfull of tiny ants on the bed. So i removed all the sheets and noticed more ants. After making the bed. Finally laid down, a hour jnto laying down, there was a tiny black roach that walked on my pillow. I was over it all after that. Removed all the sheets again ans cleaned everything. Went into the bathroom which was very very small, no shower door and there was no hot water. Ao my boyfriend tells me there is no hot water. I try and aure wnough no hot water at all. No small waah cloths to shower with. Outside has no lights at night and everything outside ia rusted. So not recommend if your a clean freak like me.
