「I was a solo traveler and stayed one night. The property was just okay. Everything appeared old and somewhat maintained. As a man, I was comfortable. However, I would not felt comfortable leaving my wife alone there for the evening. The breakfast was a joke. So don’t count on eating breakfast at the hotel. There is a full service restaurant adjoining the hotel’s parking lot. The food was good. I don’t require a lot when traveling, but I say pass on this one if you do require a “fancy” hotel.」

「Great location, minutes away from Air Force Base and shopping. Breakfast variety was slim to none but did offer something. Rooms are definitely in need of upgrades, from bathroom (very outdated) to the TV not having USB port for firestick or game systems power source. Not a bad stay but nothing compared to IHG, Marriott or Hilton properties but charge the same price as those before mentioned properties.」

「This is the dirtiest, nastiest hotel/motel I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. I am applauded by the fact that your app even has this place as an option. This place needs to be reported to the local board of health for immediate shut down. Bathroom - old, moldy and dirty Bed- hard and old. Bedding- old, dingy and dirty. 「The property was listed as having free continental breakfast- there was no breakfast, only coffee. There was constant noise/ talking in the stairwell through 2.30am. The TV didn’t work, the bathroom sink was not caulked and was held in place by 2x4s. No soap holder in the shower- the bracket was there. Hot water took 4 - 5 minutes to come through. There were no lamps in the room so bright fluorescent lighting or nothing」

「The maintenance on the property is done at the lowest cost to the family living there and running it - presumably themselves. It is what you’d expect, cheap lipstick on a pig. Also, had to wait in the lobby for ten minutes for someone to show up for check in, rang the door bells and called the property phone.」

「Entire place wreaked of raw sewage. Wall paper peeling of walls, carpeting in lobby was frayed and rippling. Pool closed for maintenance but was not noted on website at time of reservation. AC was not working properly. Hotel manager was VERY rude when I decided I couldn't stay another night and requested a refund.」

As we settled in, we discovered the smoke alarm was completely missing, one TV remote had no batteries, the other did not operate the TV, and the refrigerator emitted a strong rotten fish-like odor that filled the room when opened. 「Room wasn't vacuumed prior to our arrival; musty smell in the halls; parking was OK. Hotel is a stand-alone building in the middle of a shopping area parking lot. Probably the worst Hampton I have ever been to. The building seemed "tired and worn" although it was just built in 1996 and renovated in 2017 (according to Google). I would not stay here again.」
