「We booked 2 rooms and they wanted to split us up and put 1 couple in the basement!! Stay away from the basement! Smelly and dark! We were finally able to get both rooms together which were fine! AC worked well and breakfast was really good! Cigarette butts everywhere outside and a dead mouse in the parking lot! Very disappointed at this Best Western!」

「The building from the road looks run down. The check in staff were nice. It’s a bit frustrating that my Tangerine MasterCard was not accepted… it’s still a valid credit card. The room was small but had what it needed. I did like the water pressure in the shower. We also liked the fact that the fridge was bigger than most hotel mini fridges.
