"Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere. This hotel is a nightmare. I've been trying to get a hold of customer service, and I have had no luck. It's by far the worst hospitality. The room and floor were dirty, the shower curtain had mold. I have asthma, and children were staying in the room. Apparently, customer safety is not their thing. Also, if you want to wake up in the middle of the night by the fire alarm, stay here."

"My stay was overall comfortable and enjoyable. There was an elevator that was an inconvenience the whole trip and I’m assuming it will get fixed at some point. As far as the service it was excellent. The hotel could do with cleaner or new rugs, perhaps a new paint job or a deep cleaning of the walls. Overall satisfactory."

"It seems like the new management is trying to make this a nice property. Currently under renovation, but appreciated the effort by staff. Like that there is a restaurant/bar. Great location...given there is plane noise. "
