「Stayed here for Cardiff Half marathon. From the management, to the staff at reception and morning of the race - the restaurant staff, they all made my experience fantastic and seamless. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely hotel and highly recommended.」

「The wifi was down the entire stay, very disappointed.」

「The car park is a little walk to reception although there is a drop off area. Great greeting from the staff who offered to carry bags as there is no lift!」

「Very good environment and resturant.」

「Beware if you are thinking about booking their rooms. Telephone attendant have no idea when their reception open/closes. They told us the checkin is open until 12AM and when we reach at 11:30, there was no one - they locked and went home. Their emergency number is another joke, don’t expect anyone will help you in case of emergency at night. We cancelled our trip and went back.」

「Nice friendly reception staff, lovely clean room with a safe, iron and iron board, refreshments available. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna very well kept, lovely bar service nice and friendly and food was lovely. Comfy bed and soft pillows. We had a lovely full English breakfast in the morning where you could help yourself to whatever you wanted, we would definitely stay here again, nice and relaxing overnight stay.」
