We sat in our car in the sun in the parking lot for several hours waiting for check-in help. Finally figured it out by ourselves after finding the email in spam folder. 「Do NOT book! We never recieved communication with check in instructions. Messaged the host hours before our arrival and never got a response. Drove to location messaged and called again with no response. After finally getting a hold of customer service, it took an hour to rebook somewhere else and then another hour to drive the opposite direction. I booked 4 months in advance! Inexcusable」
